On the 17th July, we made a quick visit to the Llanberis Lake Railway, which is a narrow gauge line in Llanberis, North Wales.
In Service was Hunslet “Dolbardarn”, which was built by the Hunslet Engine Co. in Leeds in 1922 for the Dinorwic Quarry, in Llanberis.
We see the Hunslet at Gilfach Ddu (in both directions) and also heading away from Llanberis town station (which is opposite the Snowdon Mountain Railway station).
This is only a quick video as we were only passing through. We hope to make a full visit in the future.
